We put in the work and take pride in our craftsmanship to bring you the best dog gear possible. However, we’re only human, and sometimes we miss the mark. On those rare occasions, we take full responsibility.
Please note:

• Returns and exchanges must be approved by us.
• They must be within 30 days of purchase.
• Products need to be in clean, resalable condition.

Unfortunately, our warranty does not cover dog damage. However, if your furry friend chewed through the webbing and you’d like us to assess the possibility of repair for a small fee, we’re happy to help.
