We have always taken immense pride in our craftsmanship and the gear we’ve built for your dogs. Please note that as of Monday, April 20th, 2026, Spindrift has officially discontinued all product repair services.

Returns & Exchanges

As we prepare to close our doors, please be aware of the following updated policies regarding returns and exchanges:

• Effective May 20th, 2026: All consumer orders placed on or after this date will be considered Final Sale and ineligible for return or exchange.
• Wholesale Orders: All wholesale orders placed during our closeout sale are ineligible for returns, exchanges, or customizations.
• Current Consumer Orders: We will continue to accept returns and exchanges until May 20th. Spindrift does not provide shipping. Please send to:

• Products must be in clean, resalable condition to be considered for a return or exchange.
